1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Inf@lynashoe.xyz with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Please note that depending on your payment provider, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary.

6. Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at Inf@lynashoe.xyz. We will guide you through the exchange process.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Inf@lynashoe.xyz. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including shipping costs.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
