SALES POLICY

1. Purpose
– To ensure the rights and interests of customers in using products at the door. Ensure that Lynashoe’s goods do not lose value when a warranty problem arises.
 
2. Scope
– Applicable to all products (Customer’s and internal) that do not violate the Company/Supplier’s warranty conditions and policies.
 
3. Definition
– Product warranty: Fix failures and technical problems caused by manufacturer errors.
– Maintenance and upkeep: Includes cleaning the product, scanning for viruses, installing programs, refilling gas, washing the filter, dusting inside, repairing minor damage that can be repaired (excluding replacement). device replacement). Maintenance time and costs (if any) depend on the agreement between Lynashoe and the customer.
 
4. Regulatory content
– All Electronic, Refrigeration, Household Appliances, and IT-Mobile products will be warranted in accordance with the general regulations and policies of the Companies, Suppliers, and Distributors.
 
In case for some reason the Firm/Supplier/Distributor is late in returning the processed goods to you, Lynashoe will be responsible for checking and updating information on the processing status, urging and negotiating with Firm/Supplier to support customers.
